Standard GM Air Bag Steering Column;
	If You have a working key: 
		Observe the Air Bag Warning Light, 
		Point Front Wheels Straight Ahead
	If You Don't have a working key:
		Determine Condition of Air Bag System,
			Question Owner
			Pick the Lock
			Make Key By Impression
			Try Out Keys
			Drill out the Lock
	Do the Job only if you are Comfortable with the Circumstances!!
